In reply to JonLightner's post on November 6, User Replied on November 6, User Replied on November 7, I understand that this is a walmart model laptop, but seriously My AcerAspire X series boards don't saya any settings for IDE compatibility either; had to go back to the nearest base model that had XP drivers and get the chipset for that and px out the SATA drivers and slipstream them and hope they were for the same board
